Fast and very competive quote, professional work, knowledgable, honest as in not recommending not neded accesories, cleaned up, disposed of old heater, used modern flexible pipes instead of traditional welded copper pipes (that increase cost installation) for connection to water system, regulated temperature st 125F and showed me how to do it. "They replaced a tankless water heater in my home. I had a mixed experience with them. â On the plus side, they gave me the best price, they were on time, and very neat. â On the negative side, installer did not seem familiar with the product, could not answer questions (I had to call manufacturer) and initially tried to install, without replacing the existing (12 year old wires) which were too short due as configuration had changed slightly. â I stated several times I was not comfortable with pulling and stretching wires to make them fit. Only when I made it very clear I was not going to accept ... did they contact another team who came out and put in new wires that were long enough. Its been a couple weeks, so far so good. I am keeping an eagle eye on the unit. I paid over $1300.00, this was not a small budget job. I feel my concerns over stretching old wires are/were valid, other wise I would have rated higher. I did purchased the lifetime service plan. Moving forward, I will always request a different person than the guy who did my install."

"We had a new air conditioner installed on October 6th. Everything was great. Leonardo and Adonis were so nice and everything was so clean and neat. They were very efficient. On October 7th we had an issue and the service technician Matt Mena came out and was so great. He did everything and took care of the issue. On October 10 we had another issue and Nick Ford Field Supervisor came and took great care or us. We appreciate these guys so much. They all worked very hard for us.
