"Safe Streets charged me for work they didn?t perform. When I asked for my money back they refused. The first line customer support rep said their manager told them not to give me a refund. The manager was not even willing to speak with me. This company cheats its customers and its management hides behind its customer support staff."

"I called Masada and talked with William and explained to him that my security cameras were not working. (Masada did not install my old cameras) William came over within 30 minutes of me talking to him and looked at the equipment that I had and let me know what Masada could do for me. I scheduled an appointment and Charlie from Masada came over and replaced my DVR and adjusted one if my cameras. Charlie explained everything I needed to know about the new system. I would highly recommend Masada for your security needs. "
