Ira helped me through the HOA approval process, providing detailed description, material lists and applicable drawings. We communicated primarily through text and Ira was very responsive and let me know what to expect next and when. My project was a relatively small one for Apex but Ira was able to get crews to my home between larger projects and was flexible with our schedule. There also was some additional unanticipated labor needed to complete my project and I was not charged additionally. Ira stuck to the original quote. Other (pros?) from home advisor didn’t even call, or were late/no show for quotes. We hired Cali Palms and are very happy with the service, follow up, and overall experience. Steven did everything he said he’d do, and provided samples prior to installing. We had an issue with one sprinkler head, and he personally came out the next morning and fixed it.
