"The tarp leaked. I had originally requested that they re-roof my rental properties. They did not tell me there was a 6 month waiting list before I sent in a $2,000. They refused to return the deposit when requested. They subsequently installed a tarp that leaked, resulting in thousands of dollars in damages. They failed to release permits even after they received payment in full. These people are unscrupulous and their work is shoddy."

"the install crew was late, sloppy and unprofessional. 1 window was made too short having 2 inch gap at the top, also glass was not cut square on this window. all three sliding doors are defective and require huge force to slide a panel open or close. also various parts and all screens are missing. the company has aknowledged these are all valid issues, however after almost 30days thet haven't said what or when someting will be done about it. they do not communicate or return our calls but they were very responsive when it was time for payment. DO NOT USE UNIVERSAL WINDOW SOLUTIONS, you will be sorry!"

"I cannot stress enough how deeply disappointed and frustrated I am with Absolute Windows. We gave them a substantial deposit on a project worth over $250,000 in May 2024, expecting quality and timely work. Instead, we were subjected to delays, incompetence, and outright negligence. They claimed the job was ?finished? in October 2024, but what followed proved that was anything but true. The so-called hurricane-proof doors they installed were done so poorly that they blew open during a Category 5 hurricane, doors that wouldn?t latch, lock, or even stay shut in ordinary winds. This wasn?t a one time issue either. For months, our home was left unsecured. One particularly terrifying moment came when we couldn?t even lock our doors during an active shooter situation in Spanish Point directly behind our home. They claim this was PGTs fault, yet two of their employees drilled out the door, leaving it worse than it was before. "
