They showed up on time and went about their business with no supervision needed. I am so pleased with the results. I have had the drainage issue for some time now, and no other company could offer me a plan or method to solve it. Now, I finally have peace of mind when it rains. The lot is framed nicely and has plenty of gravel for parking space. I would definitely use this company for future needs."

He also did some inside work when we were in a pinch needing something done soon and he made time to get it done, and didn't charge us an arm and a leg. "Leonard was the point person for Caliber Construction. He was extremely helpful in working through the issues with our insurance company, who was inclined to not pay for a roof replacement. Leonard was able to identify damage to each section of our roof, document the damage, and articulate the condition to the adjuster. I truly believe without Leonard helping through the process, we would not have gotten a favorable verdict from the insurer.
The tear off and installation went well with no issues. Inspection of the roof both from above and from the attic indicated a quality job with no issues. Leonard was on time, met the budget, and completed a thorough walk-through detailing all of the outstanding items or issues encountered in the installation. I am very pleased with Caliber construction.
