"Keith was very patient, despite the rain, COVID-19 and tenant issues and accommodating over the work schedule. His work was very good. There were issues being that the siding was old, in bad shape and questionable past construction, due to age of residence. He was on time and on task. I do think he needs to be a bit more communicative with the customer-owner when unexpected conditions or issues arise and how they will be handled or resolved."

"Frank and his crew are great, highly recommend! Accommodating with budget, creative with solutions, and respectful in your space. They knocked out our remodel quickly, efficiently, and beautifully!!"

"El Paso Maintenance did a sky light repair that included dry rot removal and replacement. Crew did an outstanding job. Owner and the General Manager were part of the initial inspection for this job and very professional and thorough. Highly recommend this company for maintenance and restoration repairs. Thank You! "I received 4 quotes on my kitchen remodel and the best quote came from Palm Construction so I hired them. The project started on time and it went very smooth. There were no issues and my kitchen turned out great, even better than I expected. Excellent contractor, will definitely work with Palm Construction again!"

"Roger was a wonderful leader for this project and went well beyond what was expected, even accompanying me on trips to the suppliers when I needed design help. His team were prompt, efficient and easy to work with as well, also going beyond expectations. After offering to clean up an existing skylight, they discovered that it was not actually connected to the roof! Now it is clean and safely fixed in its place. As the Covid closures loomed, the team worked extra hard to finish the job quickly, but remained neat and diligent throughout. I am super pleased with the results of this bathroom remodel and will definitely contract with Mt. Tam Construction for our next project."

"Expert Home Builders did an excellent job with our kitchen remodel! They're easy to work with and very professional. Starting at the beginning, our quote was detailed and easy to understand. As part of the design for our new kitchen, their professional’s helped us pick out the exact materials we wanted. They take their work product and customer satisfaction very seriously! We are extremely happy with the overall quality and finished product of our kitchen. It’s a dream come true! These guys do top notch work! We will definitely have them back when it's time to remodel the bathroom!"

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
