"We hired Redman to completely gut our kitchen and dining room and make them one room. All new cabinets, island, windows, floors etc. it was such a smooth process and the finished product looked like it came off a magazine cover. We were so pleased that we hired them again to remove our entire second floor and turn our cape style house into a garrison style. The transformation was incredible. We added a second floor laundry, bathroom, Master bath, guest room/office and attic. I would not only recommend them to anyone needing work I would hire them again in a heartbeat."

"So here's the thing: I'm picky. Not normal picky. OCD-level picky with psychosis-level picky layered on top. I also have very specific tastes. For instance, I prefer huge, large format tile over regular size tile. Even if that means it's three times more difficult to put up on the walls. All the way to the ceiling. With a 1/16th grout gap. Not 1/8th, 1/16th! Anyway, when I decided to undergo a major remodel of my home, I knew whichever contractor I chose would have their work cut out for them. Enter Edian and Alexis Home Remodeling. Edian is a straight talking, candid man who speaks his mind. The kind of guy who could trigger the more sensitive among us. Fortunately, that's not me. After we both got to know each other, we both realized the end result is what mattered most. The main focuses of the project were a gut remodel of the kitchen, transforming an upstairs bonus room into a bathroom, and structural work on the upstairs principal bedroom to raise the interior dormer entrance heights and reinforce the roof. It was all done with a high level of professionalism and quality, even when the inevitable surprises popped up (eg. the previous owner put down the old kitchen floor tile with plain old cement, which required days of jackhammering). Sure, Edian questioned some of my design choices ("who tiles all four walls of the kitchen?"), but in the end, the results are stunning. It took longer than either of us expected, partly because of the "surprises," partly because of my pickiness, and partly because adding a secret door in the kitchen isn't as simple as it sounds. But Edian I ended up as friends. Mainly due to the fact that we both value quality and honesty. Edian and Alexis Home Remodeling exemplify both."

"Liam and his crew did an excellent job, on time and on budget, I would highly recommend Neary Construction"

"Lucas and crew from DC57 finished the job in just a few hours and on a Sunday! Solid work! They replaced my old stairs with a beautifully build new set. I will be hiring DC57 for more work that I need done!"

"I had a great experience with Ipe Tree construction when they did my bathroom remodeling. Alan the owner, was very professional and was always making sure to answer my questions and concerns as soon as he could. The quality of the work was excellent at the end, delivered on time and cleaned. Thatâ s huge for me!"

"My wife and I hired Tighe to renovate our kitchen, bathroom, and living room. He is a consummate professional and craftsman, with a keen eye for detail and a strong customer first approach. He went to great lengths to understand our needs and provide us with thoughtful and effective solutions. Our two-month project took two weeks longer than expected (in part because of COVID) and went over budget by around 50%. That said, we are very satisfied with his work and would not hesitate to recommend him to our family and friends. We look forward to working with him for all our future home renovation needs."

"Pedro and his team were excellent. They were professional and timely, hard-working and meticulous, and trustworthy. Best of all (at least for me), is that Pedro is VERY responsive and his team is assigned to get your job done and done correctly. They show up on time every day, and were willing to work late into the evening to hit the project milestones. Pedro was 100% clear about the costs, and he made sure I fully understood the areas where the costs were not known or where the costs could possibly change. For example, he said, "If you open up this wall, I'm not sure what we are going to find." I told him to proceed and his team opened up that wall and found that the previous contractor had installed literally zero insulation. Pedro met with me, reviewed what his team had found, went over all of our options, gave me his recommendation, and only proceeded when I completely approved the additional work that would be done and the additional cost entailed. Pedro is a true partner and his team does great work. I cannot recommend them enough. My wife and I have already booked them for another job renovating a first floor porch and creating a roof over the open-air second floor porch."

"Humberto and his crew did a great job painting our home. They were very professional throughout and finished the work on schedule."

"Bourke Remodeling has worked with us on several projects, the major one being a kitchen remodel and a masonry rebuild and roofing a new shed. They did a great job and we were so pleased with the entire experience. In spite of our own sometimes fickle process and requests, Erick and Tom worked with us in a cheerful, patient and expert way and with great skill to achieve the kitchen we were envisioning. The whole process was fun, enriching and resulted in a kitchen that precisely fits what we envisioned--an updated kitchen that retained its original character while making it new again. We smile every time we enter it. Thank you so much Erick and Tom for your patience and professionalism."
