During that time the made structual repairs on roof (replaced a missing facia and painted), repaired a damaged section of the main roof, stripped the old flat roof of my den extension and installed a new rubber roof and, finaly stripped an sloping roof over my kitchen and put new asphalt shingles. The crew worked their butts off. I watched them put the rubber roof on and it was obvious that they knew what they were doing. It went very smoothly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND."

"Beantown was really great to work with. We had all old shingles,tar paper and trim removed and had a window replaced. The new window was slightly bigger then the old one. It was no problem for the crew to install. The crews were punctual,respectful, knowledgeable and responsible. All old exterior siding was stripped, any rot found was dealt with, cleaned up at the end of each day. There was rot directly under the front door. The far corner of garage had massive rotting from years worth of small animals and ants.They were able to repair all areas without any problem. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. The materials were, are of great quality. They applied for and got the work permit from the town. They arranged for a dumpster to be delivered. Arranged for an electrician to come and remove exterior lights,meter and cables from house. We were told what and when things were going to happen. They have an attention to detail. The work included: Shingles,trim boards,tar paper, all nails pulled,wrapped entire house & detached garage in 2 different wraps, installed the new window, new siding & trim on both , new dryer and bathroom vent covers, new gutters and downspouts. They also boxed in the metal chimney pipe. Electrician came back and re attached meter,cables,etc to house. They also put up new lights we had picked out.The job was started on a Tuesday. Everything was completed 7 business days later. Our house went from the ugliest in the neighborhood to the most beautiful. We are still in awe of how nice it came out. We obtained several estimates, On Top was the only company that actually climbed up on a ladder to really look at the area of concern and where work needed to be done during the estimate. After we received the quote, the work was done within the scheduled time and completed as agreed. I would definitely consider On Top again for future roofing needs."

"Incredible service! I had squirrels in the gutter. After pest control came in and removed the squirrels, I needed to have the gutters closed really quickly before they would return. I called Ranch roofing in the morning. They squeezed me into their schedule and arrived an hour and half later. They closed off the hole in the leaf guard in about 10 minutes and because they did it so quickly, they felt bad about charging me so they said it's free! When does that ever happen in a time where just a house call costs $125? Thanks so much Ranch roofing."

Dave Harrison came to our house, walking us through all the steps and answering whatever questions we had. We felt very good about our decision. The roofing team arrived earlier this past week. "After our roof leaked this past winter, we needed both interior and exterior work done to repair the damage.  We called Willard after reading very positive reviews and were happy to hear they could handle all 3 aspects of the job - roofing, replacing a window, and replacing part of a ceiling that was damaged.  Mr. Willard came out to give us an estimate and explained that the roof leak had happened due to poor craftsmanship on the roof prior to us owning the house.  He explained each part of the work that needed to be done in simple terms and let us know the options we had within each portion of the work. We chose to replace additional windows while we took care of the roof leak damage.  The estimate was consistent with other estimates we had received and no prices changed during the project. Melanie handled all of our scheduling and kept us apprised of the timelines for each aspect of the work.  The roofing crew came first - they were friendly, professional, and efficient and finished their work in a day.  The same was true of the ceiling/sheetrock crew, though they did leave behind a residue on our wall.  After calling the company to ask about it, I received a call back from Mr. Willard within an hour to personally apologize for the residue and to let me know it would be rectified at my earliest convenience.  It was taken care of the following day and Mr. Willard followed up with me yet again to be certain I was satisfied with the work.  Finally, Mr. Willard?s son, PJ, installed 5 new windows to the upstairs of our house.  He was professional and friendly and did an excellent job.  We are very pleased with the quality of the work that was completed, the professionalism and punctuality of the crews, and the ease of communicating with Willard Company (returned phone calls, clear invoices, etc.).  We are now considering replacing additional windows in our home and our first call will be to Willard Company!
