He sent Ramon out to take a look and he immediately identified the solution and gave us a few options for patching it or doing more extensive work since he noticed it had been patched in the past by previous owners. I called on a Monday, they looked at it Tuesday and had the job scheduled and completed on Thursday so it was a quick turnaround time. We really appreciated that since it was about to snow that same night! The job was done quickly and professionally!"

"I was concerned in the beginning when Mr. Farina himself showed up with only a step ladder to give us an estimate on our garage roof and look at the roof of our two-family condo. However, his estimate for the garage roof was much lower than the other companies we called, and he promised to send out a younger guy with a tall ladder to look at our house roof. It did take a few phone calls to get the other estimate and get the work scheduled (though I give them a break because all roofers were busy after such a terrible Boston winter!). When we finally got the work on the garage roof scheduled, the guys were punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, and hard-working. The roof was done right on time. Clean-up was good, though we did find a few stray nails. We called them back to complete the work on the house roof. Again, the estimate was very competitive. The same guys returned to handle the house roof repairs, which were completed quickly. My only complaint was that we had to contact the office several times to get the estimates and the invoices to document the work for our condo insurance. The work itself was great, and we will call them again for any future roofing needs.

"We met with representatives from several roofing companies before deciding to go with Power Construction. There is no question that our main deciding factor was the effectiveness of Jack Cicco, the companyâ s Estimate Consultant. In explaining the whole process to us and giving us a firm quote on the spot. He was patient in answering our many questions since we really were not up to speed on what is involved in roof replacement. The Power Construction team arrived early to get started on the work on the appointed day. We had an opportunity to walk around the house before the work started to point out shrubs/trees that we were particularly concerned about. Then the team got to work. They had the old shingles off in no time and then the owner asked us to go outside to view the bare roof. He had taken photos of some rot. We are not of an age to climb up any ladders to check on this so we pointed out to him that on hiring the company, our expectation was that they would be honest about anything that needed extra attention. We had no hesitation in giving the go ahead to have the extra work done. We were indeed astonished to find the new roof installed before 6:00 pm and the huge tarpaulins removed with all the debris. After the fact, we had a couple of questions and were pleased that the owner of the company stopped by to answer these to our satisfaction.
