"quick and easy. toilets draining very slowly, previous pump of tank from other vendor did not remove solids so tank filled up in 4 months again because old field failed (inadequate size). so thigpen put in additional smaller tank with pump to send to the ditch. came out next day after i called to diagnose, then back in a few days to dig and install. it took two guys over a few hours and problem solved. price as expected. guys professional and friendly. would use again."

"Projects and repairs were done professionally and efficiently. Mr. Kennedy was on time and had the necessary materials with him. Very pleased!"

"Our son had Saia Plumbing replace a sewer line a few months ago that was between his house and the street. The job went well so I called Saia to replace a broken sewer line under our house. I like that Mike Saia gave me a very detailed, broken down price quote. The guys who did the work (and this is incredibly hard work) arrived right on schedule, dug very carefully, tunneled under our house, replaced the pipe, and restored the area so well that it doesn't even look like anything was done there. Mike is very easy to work with, and quickly responded to texts and calls. I absolutely would hire them again."

"He is precise and skillful. He put up curtain rods, assembled furniture, bathroom fixtures, hung art, assembled cabinets, and put up vinyl house numbers. He was efficient, courteous, and afforable."

"I called late on a Friday afternoon after my air went out. They came after hours, installed the new unit, and took the old one for evaluation & possible repair. A year later I called them back for another ac problem (different unit), and they came same day. Whereas another contractor told me to junk the unit, Greg replaced a small part & all was well. While with me the second trip, I mentioned several other small jobs, and they got right on them! The vent hood took a trip into the attic and up onto the roof, but they figured out the problem and solved it. This hood was damaged during Katrina (12 years ago) & Ive had several companies out to look/repair and nobody was able to diagnose problem. Now I have my hood back! Repaired two ceiling fans that I'd been told to junk, repaired a pendant light wired incorrectly by another contractor, and even replaced some light bulbs in my 12-foot ceiling-ed rooms! Excellent service, very fair pricing, good responsiveness, and just all-around nicefolks. I HIGHLY recommend!"

"Terrific! Jaset got back to me the same day, quoted a reasonable price, and set a service appointment for within a few days of my call. He explained what the issues were and did not even charge to inspect and diagnose one of them. One issue involved something in the garbage disposal and another invloved the dishwaher door not closing properly. Everything including service call and driving was 120. He charged exactly what he had quoted. I could not have asked for a better response. The issues were addressed promptly and for a very fair price. Monica was also very easy to work with on logistics of scheduling and payment. I highly recommend GLM."

"Wonderful. Responded to an emergency bath/ shower line explosion that had created a flood in the house. Amazingly fair quote, made sure everything was perfect and tested his work. Great personality, highly professional, very knowledgeable. I will definitely call again and have given business information to my neighbors and VFW. oh and super veteran friendly."

"Mr K repaired my Garbage Disposal. Working on also replacing the Faucets in my 1st floor bathroom."

"Great experience working with Jacob, listening to the issue, quickly diagnosing and confirming what work needed to be performed to resolve both the clogged drain and leaky piping underneath the sink and explaining the process all along. He promptly cleared the line using the hydro-jet and replaced the galvanized piping with PVC including the install of a new cleanout valve. Afterwards, he cleaned up the work area not leaving a mess which is appreciated. The price was reasonable considering the circumstances and he was very efficient. I will not hesitate to call them again if I have another plumbing issue and would recommend them for plumbing services."

"I had a lengthy telephone conversation with Lucas, the owner of the company, who answered my questions in an informative and cordial manner without trying to do a sales pitch. When it is time to purchase I will definitely call Lucas for an estimate and advice."
