|They didn't bring a ladder - seemed odd to me.  They brought an air compressor to use their nail gun, but it didn't work so they used mine.

|They brought two people so the price doubled from the original deal price - they blamed Angie's List for not making that clear.  Although they brought the extra guy only one of them was really doing most of the work while the other mostly watched.
