When AM/PM inspected, they suspected that the damage was not that widespread. Sure enough, when they did the demo, the mold had not spread widely into the walls. "not that great. basically paid $99 to get an estimate. included cleaning roof and minimal repairs. took a while to get appointment, and then when they came, they didn't even do the work! gave a really big estimate and then re-seheduled to have someone else do the work. they wouldn't totally replace the roof, gave different estimates to repair, I went with a different company to do a full roof rplacement."

i decided to move forward and start the work. the project took about 5 weeks to do everything. they started on my bathroom and i was scared at first when i saw everything being ripped out but see it come together is amazing. first the floors vanity and shower. they finished the bathroom in a little over a week. my jaw dropped when i saw the finished result.
