"Key Air Duct Repair LLC came and gave me a quote. He said I have a leak under the house that needs repair before he can do the duct work He said he would get that taken care of. I gave him a check for half, he left. I received a text in the afternoon that he couldn't start the work until after the check cleared next Thurs. Since I am not a plumber or HIM, this is NOT good. Please advise."

I called and got several dates of when they said they were out, and when I checked my cameras, I saw nothing. My rodent problem came back, and I have had to get a new company to deal with the issue! The negligence and outright lying have resulted in 8k in damage to my property."
