Any other roof estimates I got I had to scan a code or ask multiple times for license, insurance, references ect. not with John Scott roofing didn’t get the words out and Mr Scott is handing me copies of everything. The workers were neat personable they cleaned their messes up each day. If I could do more than recommend them I would do that n give a 6th star. Without asking at payment time I got copies of release of lien for material and entire job, that just puts ya at ease. "We replaced a 15-year old roof in May 2019. Jeff, our consultant, came to the house, estimated the cost for complete removal and replacement and answered all of our questions. He even suggested a solution to rain leaking through our lanai roof which has worked great, so far. He made himself available whenever we had a question. The front office was excellent in keeping us informed concerning timing of the job and leading us through the process. It took one long day to strip and replace the roof. The crew was good. Cleanup after the job was good. The roof looks tremendous. We also had some eave and soffit wood damage that was repaired in the process. This was a big plus.
