Any other roof estimates I got I had to scan a code or ask multiple times for license, insurance, references ect. not with John Scott roofing didn’t get the words out and Mr Scott is handing me copies of everything. "I recently used Forrest & Son Contracting (Roofing Repair) to repair my roof. The estimator clearly pointed out the issues readily noticeable and once upon the roof, identified others likely to occur. First, one tile was completely missing, and others misaligned occurring from an unknown circumstance. There were visible signs of tile shifting and material breakdown at the peak which needed to be replaced. Henry Forrest and his team did an amazing job! "Crew showed up on designated day , was friendly,courteous,polite and immediately started removing all existing plain steel screws,installed new over-size Blazer-2 Stainless Cap Tri-Seal screws,cleaned and removed any debris on roof before applying the silver coating sealant to my house and also my storage shed.When job was complete a crew member walked the perimeter of my house with a magnet picking up any loose screws/washers that may have fallen to the ground. "We just went thru a hurricane and damage is widespread in our area. Marshall Roofing-Ben contacted us very quickly and scheduled a time to inspect our damaged roof. He came over, inspected our roof and got us an estimate w/ in a hour or so. He said he could schedule us in a week or two. He arrived as promised, with his father- also Ben- and they had the damage repaired in one day. They both came back the next day to clean and seal our whole roof. They did a great job with the repair and the roof looks great after they applied the sealant. They are very professional, personable, and hard working.
