"Crew showed up on designated day , was friendly,courteous,polite and immediately started removing all existing plain steel screws,installed new over-size Blazer-2 Stainless Cap Tri-Seal screws,cleaned and removed any debris on roof before applying the silver coating sealant to my house and also my storage shed.When job was complete a crew member walked the perimeter of my house with a magnet picking up any loose screws/washers that may have fallen to the ground. He came over, inspected our roof and got us an estimate w/ in a hour or so. He said he could schedule us in a week or two. He arrived as promised, with his father- also Ben- and they had the damage repaired in one day. They both came back the next day to clean and seal our whole roof.
