"Jose and his crew installed a~360 sq. ft. patio using Nicolock pavers and contrasting charcoal border pavers in 2.5 days. Outstanding job. When I asked them about using edging to prevent the pavers from shifting, I was told that he does not use edging. Instead the perimeter is first installed as retaining wall blocks set in mortar! After the perimeter is set, the site is then excavated, compacted, covered with weed suppressing fabric. The fabric is then covered with crushed stone layer, compacted and sand is then laid on top, compacted and leveled and properly graded. I chose the herringbone design shown in their logo and very happy with the choice. The border pavers are laid on top of the retaining wall blocks and are "glued" to them using mortar/liquid cement. After the border pavers had set, the crew applied polymer sand to fill in the gaps between pavers. This "grouting" was done twice. The final product is solid as a rock and not going anywhere! VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. Jose Espinal's company is insured and bonded, so hire them for your project and be worry free."

"They did a difficult job well. They replaced our old patio with new pavers, expanding it to come to both sets of steps on our deck. They installed new French drains and dried creek bed, going around or under previous drains. They extended the drains from the roof to join the drain to the road. They poisoned and removed invasive plants. Due to the lateness of the year, it is a little too early to see how well the new French drain will work longer term or removal of invasive plants, but it's good so far and it looks good! The price was good and they worked hard and quickly."

Jairo and his team did a Top Notch job on my front paver parking pad, additional side walkway, and add-on pavers behind my house. They were prompt, professional, timely, extremely friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable! Neighbors stopped by to notice the work they did, and they even fulfilled a side project (small tree removal) request for one of my neighbors without impacting the timeline on my yard project. "Mike was awesome from the start. He showed up on time to discuss the work we needed for both the front and back yard. During this visit, he drew up a new design for the front yard and provided a written estimate for all work. My husband and I decided to go with work only for the front yard to save a bit of money right now, but overall we did feel that Mike's estimate was a fair price. We would hire him again to do the work for the back yard - no question.
As noted above, Mike and his crew completely overhauled our front yard, fixing drainage and grading issues that we had had for years, but were exacerbated by a recent large tree removal earlier this year. Mike needed to bring in a stump remover for more than half a day to complete the work that the tree removal service left behind - no extra charge.
After two days, we had a brand new front yard, complete with fresh new sod and new landscaping. It looks great! We are so pleased with the work. The crew cleaned up after themselves, and Mike has been available to answer any follow-on questions we've had since then, about care, etc.

"It went really well. We used their services right after we bought the deal. I do not know if we spent more than the big deal price because my wife actually handled that part. I saw what they did but she took care of everything. The yard looked really nice and they cleaned things up really nicely. They had one tree that they said that they were not sure if it was going to make it but they said that they would replace it at their expense if it did not but that was not necessary because everything came through. I did not really deal with them that closely. I just saw the work that was done and I knew when they were here and when they left."

"Initially the owner was very responsive, even coming to quote us on the same day we called. Thereafter it was a little difficult to reach him. Finally we were able to schedule the work. While the crew came later than expected, they did an excellent job, explained the work in detail and performed professionally. The area where the french drain was installed looks better than it did before. I have had several heavy rains since the french drain was installed and there is no water in my basement!:)))) Ray saved me thousands of dollars that basement waterproofing companies wanted me to pay to diagnose and "waterproof" my basement. The key is to move water away from the house which RDM is excellent at doing. For the price paid, I believe I got a very good deal. I will definitely hire RDM in the future and recommend them to anyone looking to install a french drain and/or move water away from exterior walls."
