As for the door the service man, he was the one that discovered the door was damaged, it has been returned. As for the dog door being installed, that has been ‘tabled’ now. Now, granted, I was informed ahead of time of all the expenses from the company, and I agreed to it. As to their work, I can not comment because they did not do any, their work may be excellent. The thing is like they didn't even...the drywall was fixed but I see some places like painting which was left that way which is drying up now. I have to scratch it off. So I would say a D for quality. The response was good."
