He told me in terms I could relate to, "it's like the Marathon, don't crawl across the finish, finish strong".   He was a perfectionist and demanded the same from his workers. He was very attention detailed and pointed out things that I never would think of.   He was price was very fair, competitive and most importantly transparent. He broke down each individual job and payments were made when each job was done, not just quarterly lump sums. 
  I am completely satisfied with my new/old house and now have the space to entertain big gatherings or just hunker down in front of the fire.  The only problem I have is that my dog seems to miss the attention all the guys gave her and now looks for treats whenever I walk in the door!"

"The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."
