Once the unit was replaced, he found another issue and immediately started addressing that issue which I considered to be "above and beyond" what we was hired to do. Fast forward, Mark replaced the unit, optimized the position of the drain pipe, and corrected the clog issue. They agreed to match the quote I received from the other company even though it was seriously underbid. They are a great company to work with.
