"leaking water valves at washing machine and clogged bathtub drain"

"I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Plumber and our technician, Jonathan! After another plumbing company came out, charged us, failed to clear our sewer line, and then recommended thousands of dollars in additional repairs, we decided to get a second opinion from Mr. Plumber. I’m so glad we did. Jonathan successfully cleared the sewer line and thoroughly inspected it afterward. He took the time to explain everything, answer our questions, and provide recommendations to help prevent future issues. What impressed me most was his professionalism, honesty, and expertise. Unlike the previous company, Jonathan never tried to sell us unnecessary work. After inspecting the line, he explained that the costly repairs we had been told were needed were not actually necessary. Mr. Plumber’s investment in high-quality equipment clearly made a difference. I highly recommend Mr. Plumber and Jonathan for anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and exceptional service."

"They did an excellent job repairing our faucets and pipes. They were professional, on time, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The job was completed efficiently and the area was left clean. Great customer service from start to finish, highly recommend!"

"Angelo, of Remedy Plumbing, was most professional, knowledgeable, kind and considerate. He was patient and answered and explained all of my questions. Why you would want something a certain over another. He went the extra mile. The Service Manager Mike was also very kind, considerate and very helpful with my questions and concerns. I finally have a sense of peace that my sewage issues have been addressed and my toilet will work properly now after 6 other plumbing companies could not resolve. They were head and shoulders above my previous experiences on this very same issue for the past year and nine months! I am truly grateful to have found them. They certainly deserve the best rating available. I will be happy to refer them and will be using them going forward for all my plumbing needs."

"Super responsive and professional. Did a great job and did make solid recommendations on solutions to our leaking/drainage problems."

"Robert was on time, very professional, provided clear communication and was very service-oriented. He was hindered from camera location finding equipment that didn't seem to work and a 100-ft camera cord that didn't extend to the street, so we never confirmed if there was a problem or not. As such, the only way they would guarantee the work performed today, was if I purchased one of their tiered repair packages for $3,000 - $10,000 additional and definite excavation work to add a new blowout pipe. While no blockage or obstacle was found, Robert was able to release the pressure and we have full drainage as of now. Really appreciate the immediacy of solving the immediate problem right away! Unfortunately, I'm a bit concerned the core issue wasn't identified or resolved, so the likelihood of a recurrence seems higher than desired, but I remain hopeful. Robert very politely concurred and clearly explained he wasn't able to do anything additional without further purchase. Fingers crossed and here's to having good luck!"

"Very professional service. K&M explained to me their service fee up front and master plumber was courteous and professional. I would recommend their service."

"He was right on time and worked on the clog until it was completely clear. None better. We'll use Honest Care again."
