"We recently had a complete roof replacement. Before proceeding, we did comprehensive research of area companies and Vista came out on top, with good reason! All appointments were not only on time but were extremely punctual. We met first with Product Specialist Holly, who was enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and helpful. While at our home assessing the proposed job, Project manager Rick explained the entire process in layman's terms. The day of the job, Project Supervisor Marc arrived early and went over the entire job with the crew. "Milo Campbell was super responsive and provided great assistance with my insurance company in resolving two major roof repairs done by storm damage. Milo and his team promptly placed a temporary repair on both the home and barn during less than desireable weather and were able to work yeomans duty to fit us in and replace the roof very quickly thereafter. "I had a leaking faucet in my shower. So I called NE Renovation to see if they could fix it.  They asked me about my problem and the name of the faucet however the name plate was worn and I could not determine the name so I did not know the type of faucet it was. A technician came to my house and in seconds after seeing the faucet knew exactly what was needed. He returned a week later with new faucet parts and quickly replaced the failing parts. 

He was very professional and helpful in describing what he was doing. The repaired faucet works beautifully. I would definitely use them again on any project that I need help with.
