After 11 years at my current residence I finally got tired of dragging water hoses around and wasting water.   I finally decided to pull the trigger on a sprinkler system.

Mike came out a month or two ahead of time to survey my front and back yards.  He then created drawings of the proposed system with the locations of sprinkler heads.  He even took in to account future plans for our gardens in his designs. When he came back by with the designs he went over all options and costs with me ahead of time until we had it setup they way I wanted it and within my budget.

His crew showed up on time on the install date and they all worked very hard. I was amazed how quickly they dug the trenches.

Now is a good time to mention something I was most impressed with. They took very special care of the grass above the trench and set it aside so that they could patch when done.  Most system installs I have seen in my neighbor's yards you could easily see the dirt trails where the trenches were dug. On my yard, when Mike's team was done, you could barely tell anything was done to my yard.

After the install was complete Mike trained my wife and I on how to use the system.  He demonstrated and reviewed each zone with us.  He even took the time to explain how to protect the system when it freezes out.

I plan to have Mike and team back out soon to do some work on my landscaping.

"We received quotes from three different fencing companies and chose US Security Gate due to warranty, overall knowledge, flexibility with schedule and timeliness with replies (answers to my questions).  Quote was right in the middle of the three quotes given by companies selected.  However, US Security Gate was willing to give us more than a fair deal on all the little extra's we asked for. (i.e. lights, sensors, maglock, brick columns, etc.).  Additionally, they upgraded a number of items for us (at no cost).  Went very smooth from start to finish.  Henry was great to work with. Would recommend and would use again.

"Nino called me back right away. He came for an estimate and offered to start the next day. This was during a rainy week so the crew had to work around the rain. Ramiro and Jesus worked very hard. Even after dark with flashlights to smooth and texture the cement before it set. They came at 8 am to remove the old sidewalk (it was poorly laid) Before the rain came they almost had the sand and rebar completed. The next day they finished the rebar and poured the cement. Because of the need for a run off slope they added 2 inches to the patio connected to the sidewalk. This was an added benefit because we were planning to add a ramp at the front door. Now we don't have to. Two days later Ramiro and Jesus came back to pick up the old sidewalk cement and remove the wood frame around the NEW sidewalk. They even laid sand along the edges of the sidewalk. Both men did so many extra things: move stepping stones beside old sidewalk, move heavy bench from patio, took extra care to not harm my flowers in the flower bed by the sidewalk. We are really enjoying our beautiful new sidewalk."
