Even my front door no draft the contractors. was extremely professional I was so impressed by their work. They're coming back to install windows. That was installed by home depot replaced my windows. Their prices are awesome and they work with you. And they don't leave until you are satisfied My heater went out on Monday. My home maintained a temperature of 75°. "We sadly signed up for a free estimate. Jon came on 8/16 and we were told by Jon a few times all we had to do was call in within 3 days and get our deposit back. I asked twice and my husband asked once he said "all we have to do is call and we will get our $100 back" Clearly not true. I called on the 3rd day 8/19 and spoke with a lady, i thought her name was gabby, but apparently they lied giving me that name she doesnt work there. I have no idea what her name was sadly I did not record the call. Was told my papers weren't put in it was no issue, my check would be mailed on Monday the next business day. Well a week later I get a call from financing stating they need signatures. Confused I was like we canceled and you all were supposedly mailing my check. Well low and behold apparently you can't cancel over the phone. So Jon lied multiple times and "gabby" lied when I called in. They cashed out check and our free estimate cost us $100. I was told the VP would call us back on 8/26. He finally called us on 8/29. We missed the call but called right back. Have tried calling today 8/30. When I called to cancel the service it was within my time period! Of course now it's out. Lesson learned! Don't trust them! When I called on 8/19 at 3:24pm the call lasted under 2 minutes, which it was very quick. Told them I needed to cancel an epoxy job, transferred me to some girl, I told her jon said all I had to do was call. she said up and went on about the papers not being filed yet and since it was friday and late the check wouldn't be mailed till monday. Never again."

"Long Home put a roof on my house Oct. ?24. They made the roof too wide for my gutters then argued it was correct. They then came to fix it and cut it into my drip edge. They then came a third time to fix it and the crew had zero clue why they were even there. They also nailed down my free floating gutter guard. My roof leaked that winter. They tried to fix it and failed. I asked for a new roof or refund because of buying the rooftop sell my house and it affecting my disclosure. Their rude region manager Mr. Herr said, ?That ain?t going to happen?. They tried to fix it again and it is currently failing worse than ever. They now refuse to fix it. I have filed a lawsuit against this horrible company and I am hoping my roof makes it till I can have it fixed/redone. This is a horrible company with a fake shingle warranty. Please do not use them. "
