"Contractor had excellent communication and performed work as promised on time. Very clean operation. Finish turned out 'perfect'. Yes would hire again and highly recommend. Work performed was a complete refinish of 500 sqft of 28 year old solid oak flooring with a Swedish finish."

"When we got the quote from Sterling Smith, I’m sure it was quite reasonable it was just more than we were looking to spend. Their response was very quick and they were willing to come out right away. I don’t think that he completely understood what we were looking for in getting the initial impression of the cost. We had a very small area on the floor, maybe like 3 or 4 inches and he wanted to review our entire floors. It wasn’t what we were looking for."
