"DAV Construction was hired to replace a damaged roof and gutters. They did a professional job of discussing the bid with me. However, this was more than a roofing job. I had an issue with water seeping through my second floor brick that continued to damage my interior and patio cover. We all thought it was a poor trim installation. Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer. "I can't say enough about @EASE! Hugo has been helpful, informative and responsive. They just finished my roof and based on the quality and professionalism of that job I have already contracted with them to repair my siding. I am not experienced in home repair and improvement. When my roof was damaged by ice and hail I didn't know what to do. I was able to make a claim with my insurance and that was good. I knew I needed to get bids for the repairs, but I didn't know how I would evaluate those bids. The insurance company referred me to a company. They came and gave me a slick folder with samples and they never completed the quote. After the ridge vents were installed, I noticed s savings in my electric bill, too.  We wee able to raise our thermostat by 3 degrees and still stayed cool in the last few hot days of summer.  Ridge vents are definitely the way to go.
