Gui regualrly checked in to provide us updates on the status (permitting, install progress, etc.) and to see if we had any questions or issues. The crew was fantastic. Clean and quick. The best part? The work included removing existing tiles and underlayment from the roof, doing necessary prep work like replacing damaged plywood, installing new metal valley flashing at all roof connections and T-tops and vent caps on all exhaust pipes, and applying water-resistant mastic in all valleys. They installed peel-and-stick underlayment designed for tile roofing which provides advanced water barrier before placing back the tiles. Finally, they painted all flashings and vents with Rust-Oleum to match the roof color and cleaned the roof with a power washer. They left the working area in a neat clean state removing all debris. The team manager, Julian Mattos, was very efficient and responsive to our requests.
