We talked it over and he installed a AOSmith brand heater. Oak Plumping has a great company guarantee. 6 years no charge for return service and a free maintenance once a year. They took care of getting the permit. In Fairfield the city requires the heater to be wrapped ( which is unnecessary in the new hot water heaters). They came back and wrapped it for no extra fee. Andrew texted me to say he was on his way. He was very nice and professional too. I really like the way they keep in contact with you. I can say they couldn't do enough for me.
