Regardless of the short notice, they were extremely responsive and were able to accommodate my tight schedule. They let me use their plastic crates for my move, delivering them two days before and allowing me to keep them for five days after. "From the moment the team showed up, I felt the move from Fort Lauderdale to Miami would go pretty smoothly. The only small downside was that they arrived a bit later than expected, which stressed me out at first. But once they got started, things turned around quickly. Even though it was just a 1 bedroom move, they handled everything with real care. The movers stayed positive, packed my things neatly, and kept the process moving without rushing. The total cost was 1,480 dollars, and considering the overall service, it still felt fair. Everything arrived safely, nothing damaged, and by the end of the day I was really glad I chose them. "Jay's Small Moves was a delight from start to finish. When I called and wanted a in home estimate, but couldn't do it during their normal hours, they arranged for one of the owners to come by at night. They sent an estimate the very next day, and recommended a 5 man crew, and promised that it would not exceed 10 hours. <br /> They called the day before the moved to confirm and then showed up on the dot at 8:30am the next morning. After a brief tour, they when to work, and had the whole place was empty within 2.5 hours. They were smart, professional and friendly. They were great unloading too, and the whole move took less than 6 hours, including 45 minute transit time.  <br /> This is a huge change from the last time we moved, where the movers were nice, but they took 10-12 hours ON EACH END OF THE MOVE. Can't recommend these guys enough. <br />"
