"We chose to use Glen Painting & Contracting because when Nick came to our home for an unrushed walk through he listened and responded to our concerns in a thoughtful, professional manner.  He offered suggestions, took time to explain how he would go about doing the job, and since we were attempting to match wall colors, what some pitfalls might be and how he would go about dealing with them.  He pointed out that entire walls didn't need to be painted unless when the areas of concern were done we weren't pleased. <br /> <br /> I had the opportunity to meet four of Nick's workers over the course of the job and can honestly say I was very impressed.  The team was friendly, hard-working, accommodating, competent, prompt, courteous and clean!!!!  As a senior citizen I can say this is the first paint job in my lifetime where I didn't need to hire a clean-up company after the job was completed.  Without being asked one team member adjusted all the loose handles in the renovated shower and actually cleaned all the switch plates prior to replacing them on the walls that had been painted.  He even offered to hang the pictures back on the walls when they were dry.  Where partial walls were painted around the alarm pads my concerns disappeared.  The paint blended beautifully. <br /> <br /> Throughout the process any questions or concerns sent by e-mail or phone were always responded to promptly and to my satisfaction.  Nick is truly a perfectionist and even when I didn't notice an area of the front door that was not to his satisfaction he took a picture of it and within a few days two of the team members came to fix it.  He even took the time to note the paint colors on his final bill, which will be a great help for future work.  By most standards I guess ours would be considered a small job, yet it never felt that way since attention to detail was evident at every step along the way.  <br /> <br /> My husband and I are truly pleased with the job done by Glen Painting & Contracting and can say, without hesitation, we will definitely use them again!!!! <br />"

"When I moved some clothing racks away from a wall, I discovered it was full of cracks. I first called a company that did painting and repairs. They quite responsibly told me that this might be outside their expertise and suggested I call a contractor. I called one and emailed another, but couldn't get someone to come out. Paragon was my third contractor and turned out to be the charm. I consequently can't rate whether the price was good or not because I have nothing​ to compare it to. It seemed a little high but then I lack a frame of reference and it might be average. The person who came out to estimate thought it would require one type of repair, but Paragon wisely sent Paul, a supervisor, alone​ with the workers, and he discovered that another type of repair would be better. The workers were pleasant, tidy and did an excellent job. The office staff is also exemplary. They are there when one calls, and I appreciate the responsiveness. Another thing I really appreciated was the fact that they were able to do the job on a Saturday. This was overtime for them, but with very little leave available from my work after an operation and family issues, it was a godsend to me."
