"One of the best companies I have ever retained. Explained each step of the repair, highly knowledgeable and very efficient."

"I had several Repair people come and nobody could come to a conclusion what was wrong. I got in touch with Wendell, who had great communication with me. When he would be here and what he thought the problem was. When he came, he actually took apart the oven. All the other technicians did not. He found exactly what the problem was and fixed it. He was honest, courteous and kind. A neat worker, great communication and fair price. I would highly recommend him for any major appliance repair. now I am off to bake cookies.!!!!"

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"Oscar provided excellent service. He promptly answered my request for service and had my washer fixed in record time. Oscar is professional, knowledgeable, efficient and reasonably priced. We will continue to use Oscar for our future appliance needs. A very happy and satisfied customer are we."

"I hired Willie to repair a clothes dryer that wasn't generating heat. He not only replaced the broken part (heating element), he discovered the reason the part broke in the first place (clogged exhaust vent). He was prompt, courteous, very efficient and completely professional--all at a very fair price. I would gladly recommend him and call him again for any appliance repair problems."
