Given it was the first time the septic was pumped (and it was 15 years old) - they pumped both sides and explained the difference between the two. They checked/cleaned the filter - which definitely had prevented overflow of solid waste into the field. They recommended a slightly more aggressive pumping schedule. They were careful to avoid making a mess and worked quickly and efficiently."
