"Phil was excellent! We are first time home buyers. We hired him for general inspection and oil tank sweep. He arrived on time and was pleasant to deal with. He was through, precise and took his time to explain all the things that needed immediate repairs and that were hazardous in the house. He did not rush through the inspection and tested all the electrical and plumbing, attic, boiler etc. He even checked the shingles on the roof and questioned the seller as to why they were different colors.
