"We're selling a beautiful home in a historic neighborhood, and our real estate agent suggested we make some repairs and improvements to increase the sale value. I solicited bids from 5 contractors, and Amadou from Lo's Contracting stood out as the right choice from our first meeting. The job included a light kitchen remodel (painted cabinets, granite counter top, new fixtures and appliances), light bathroom remodel, interior paint and touch up, exterior siding repairs and touch up, and about a million other little details. His prices were competitive against scrappier, disorganized contractors, and the work started the same week we signed. His crew did a great job, the communication was solid, and he resolved the one problem we had (a bulge in a new marmoleum floor) quickly and without question. "This is the second project that we have hired JAW Construction for and we are very happy with how our remodel turned out. As this was a major kitchen, dining and living room remodel, which meant we were not going to be able to be in those rooms during the construction, John and I worked on the timeline to ensure it went as smoothly as possible. Before the project started, Mark from Amcraft Cabinets came out and measured and talked with us to determine how best to use the space. We came up with several cool options including a pull out spice rack and a lift for my mixer. Once the project began, John, Brian, the electricians Clint, Christian and Tyler and the plumber Mike were always on time, friendly, always available for questions and cleaned up after themselves. John estimated that the project would take six weeks and it ended up taking five weeks! While it was not fun to be without a kitchen, we are so happy with how it turned out, it made it all worth it. Everyone that has seen our remodeled areas or pictures of them are very impressed. I highly recommend hiring JAW Construction and we are already planning our next project with John."

"The first job that John did for me was a shower remodel. Old fiberglass shower was replaced with tiled one, also new tile floor and a new toilet. It's bigger now and looks gorgeous! It was done on time, as scheduled and at reasonable price. When my old deck needed repair, I called John again. His crew replaced all damaged wood and now my old deck looks like new! John and his crew are easy to work with, polite, clean everything after the work is done. I would definitely recommend and hire again."

"I hired JJM construction to repair my large deck from a recommendation of a friend of mine who had met him at church. Jared provided me with a bid and recommendations on how he would repair my deck and preserve portions of the existing deck. His bid was very reasonable, and he also included a couple other jobs that I needed to have done at the same time. When Jared and Jeremy came out to do the work, they had the deck repair done within three days. They did an outstanding job. I feel as though I have a brand new deck. The workmanship was very meticulous and they were very thoughtful of my property and left it cleaner than what they started with.
