"Wow. We are very impressed with the quality of work that Aleksey did for us. We had numerous planks of vinyl flooring that had to be replaced. Not only did he do as we asked he noticed other planks with problems and fixed them too. Reasonably priced and quality of work was outstanding. Great job!"

Hi, Im Aleksandr, your local handyman in Portland and Vancouver. I help homeowners with repairs, upgrades, and small remodels? From drywall and trim to flooring and demolition. I show up on time, communicate clearly, and make sure the job is done right without cutting corners.

"Eugene communicated well and his team did an incredible job with our floors. I would definitely look to them again in the future if we need flooring done. Excellent work."

"I left a message with Gary on Wednesday to see about setting up an estimate. He returned my call the same day, and we set up a time for the next morning. Gary arrived on time and brought several choices for padding. We decided on a padding. He measured the room, and walked through where a seam needed to be done in the hallway. The quote for padding and labor was $250.
He was able to do the job at that time.
The room and hallway are back to being carpeted, and you can't see the seam where the two meet!
We will call again for any carpet needs.

"Everything went very well. There was a slight hiccup with measurements or something, causing an adjustment in timeframe and material. It took a couple weeks longer than originally planned, waiting to see if the original hardwood flooring was still available, which it wasn't. It wasn't a huge deal, and I wasn't particular about what was used; just wanted a floor. Thankfully my husband was home when they came to do the job the first time and told them no, don't put anything down until you know there's enough to finish the job. Otherwise, they would have had to tear up what they put down and start over. Overall, I'm pleased with J&B and would hire them again."

"My Realtor recommend Floor Covering International and from my first phone call to Tony Evers, the owner, to the actual installation and wrapup, it was a great experience. After my first phone call, when he started to educate me, to my meetings at his office, where he continued to educate me, I quickly realized this was someone who was not only professional but extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of flooring, which was the only service I was investigating. He showed me samples of possibilities, we discussed prices of hardwood, laminite, bamboo, my lifestyle, and my preferences. While I was going through the mortgage loan process he gave me a written bid which was very fair. Then, just before the loan was approved he met me at the condo property and brought paint samples and advised me on which wall should be accented, which was not the one I'd originally picked, but he was right. I thought I wanted a dark red and again he advised me to a different color and he was right again. He is a perfectionist, while being casual and considerate; not being critical, but advising the customer in a very professional manner. After the property closing, he immediately had his workman come and remove the baseboards and old carpeting. Then he waited until the interior was painted. Then his workers came back and made the flooring installation, including new baseboards, working around another contractor's schedule doing my bathtub resurfacing. The job was done beautifully, professionally, on time and everything was hauled away and cleaned up, including taking away old broken shower doors. Those doors had nothing to do with Tony's contract but he did it as a favor, which saved me time and money not having to deal with it. I cannot say enough good things about Floor Coverings International, Tony Evers, and his crew! I would not hesitate to highly recommend them for any products and/or services they preform."

"Today, I had the opportunity to have new vinyl planking installed in my Fifth Wheel, and I am thrilled with the results. The installer's work was outstanding, and I was particularly impressed with the baseboards. He began work before 9am and worked steadily until the project was completed at 5pm. I highly recommend this company, giving them a 100 percent rating for their exceptional service. The final result has exceeded my expectations, and I would encourage others to consider this flooring company for their needs. The individual who conducted the initial measurements was also noteworthy for his professionalism and courtesy. Thank you for the outstanding work on my floors. I plan to share photographs of the finished flooring in the morning. Tracey & Ron. I will be putting photos up in the morning . 🙂"

"Jesus and his team did such a wonderful job. We originally hired Jesus to do drywall repair after we had the plumbing replaced in our home. We were so impressed with his work that we got a bid to replace our flooring and install an island range fan. The scheduled appointments were always kept and if anyone on his team was going to be more than 15 minutes late they would call to advise us. The team was so professional and respected that we were still living in the home and left the space clean each evening when they left. The original builder of our home installed a bathroom fan in the kitchen for cooking (it wasn't even over the stove). Jesus installed a beautiful full fan over our island range and the texturing on the ceiling looks perfect. The home had a small entry way which wasn't suitable for our location due to so much wet weather. I also needed to replace damaged laminate flooring in the kitchen. The team created a new entry way for us with waterproof flooring that extends throughout the kitchen."

"It was a challenging job due to some cracking concrete in subfloor and odd angles of the room. Alex is very skilled, however, and figured out how to get the carpet restretched better than when it was originally installed. Very competent professional and we highly recommend Skyview for any flooring needed."
