"In our new house, there was a large (20ft by 25ft) bonus room that wasn't very useful. In early 2018, we wanted to convert it into a bedroom, a bathroom and a small study. We solicited quotes from three contractors, including Superior Building Concepts. When Stan arrived, he looked around, took some notes, asked a couple of questions, and left - the whole thing took 5-10min. We were wondering if he was really that interested in the project... but when the three quotes came in, his was in the middle, but was by far the most detailed, with everything broken up into line items. And, it was thought out better than the other two - in spite of him spending only 5-10min at the house. So, we signed up with Stan to get the work done. The work itself included framing for the new walls/doors, plumbing for the bathroom, installing tile, marble countertop, custom cabinetry, bathtub, new windows (for egress), insulation work, painting, new lighting etc. Multiple adjustments to the plan were made to accommodate our preferences - Stan was very flexible in changing the plan, gave us new adjusted quotes for everything. I've attached some pictures - two of them are of the original bonus room, and the rest are the bedroom/bathroom/study after the work was done. Overall, Stan's quiet competence, work ethic, honesty, flexibility and professionalism were incredible - this was the best contractor experience we've ever had. Since then, Stan has become our go-to general contractor for everything, and we've recommended him to family/friends ever since. (I'll write another review on the deck replacement Stan did.) We would recommend Stan for any contractor work without reservations."

"It went well, John and his team did a good job,"

"There are few words to describe how pleased my wife and I were with the
work that Jay Bemis at Timeless Construction did on our recent remodel
and addition which took place in 2015- 2016.  After interviewing several
contractors we chose to work with Jay.  It was clear to me from our
first meeting - he had the ability and experience to do the job.

Our project was large in scale ($600,000 + ) technical, complicated, and
very challenging with many moving parts.   The addition of nearly 1000
sq feet to our home required the complete removal of our roof  and
rebuilding of much of the existing structure.  In addition, we did a
complete kitchen renovation, outside deck, new roof, and a concrete
patio.  Jay was responsible for all phases of the project; from
excavation, foundation, framing, electrical, plumbing, A/V etc., to the
finish work.  We were extremely happy with his eye for detail and
quality of workmanship.

This was true, not only for himself and his crew, but for all his subcontractors.
His crew and his subcontractors were on the job site and - on time - everyday, respectful
of my home, my family and our needs as we lived in our home as the
renovation and construction took place over 15 months.  This being my
5th remodeling experience - working with such a crew was a pleasure!

I found Jay?s pricing to be more than competitive and his input and
options to be rock solid.  He was easy to work and his constant
communication on the project was refreshing.  He was on the job site or
involved with the work underway on a daily basis.

It is without hesitation that I would recommend Jay Bemis to anyone considering a
construction or renovation project; you simply can not do better."

"A highly skilled builder with a reputation for excellence in construction. Known for going the extra mile, they incorporate additional details that significantly enhance both the durability and overall comfort of the final building. Professional, honest, and easy to work with. Great communication and quality work. Highly recommend."

"Jared and his team are amazing! They are super professional and detailed. They have excellent communication and fair pricing. He has done multiple jobs at my properties and I am never let down. I have referred him to multiple clients and they all have also been well pleased with their craftsmanship and exceptional service and work. They are definitely go above and beyond in all they do!!!"

"We recently completed a full kitchen renovation, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the process was seamless, professional, and delivered exactly what we envisioned. A huge part of this success goes to Tommy, our project manager. From day one, Tommy was incredibly organized, communicative, and detail-oriented. He kept the entire crew on schedule, managed every moving part with ease, and was always available to answer our questions or provide expert advice. Thank you very much."

"I interviewed several companies and quickly found myself gravitating towards actual contractors rather than the sales representatives for remodel companies. Shannon was by far the most knowledgeable about the kind of problems that might emerge in a 1950s house. His bid made sense, and we worked out a strategy for acquiring the materials I really wanted rather than a pre-packaged plan. The process of removal bared several problems with dry rot that I half expected, weird things done to the floor joists and wall studs by a previous remodel that I hadn't expected, and good flooring under a surface for which I had concerns. The result went smoothly, and communication was always good."

"I got 3 bids on painting the interior of my home - all where wildly outrageous - Val cam in with a reasonable bid and did exceptional work. This was the best contractor experience I’ve ever had."

"Mark and his team did such a great job with our home. The attention to detail was fantastic."

"We had windows resized and replaced. One of our exterior walls had to be rebuilt. The J and M crew were very professional and courteous. The cost of the remodel was very reasonable. We will definitely call them for our next project!!!"
