"This was the second time using South Shore Plumbing & Heating they installed a tankless water heater for me in March. 2020 and today Nick located and fixed a pin hole pipe leak under my house cement slab. From the time Nick started to make his first cut in my Sheetrock he used a level to make sure he was cutting a straight line ( thatâ s a professional who take pride in his work) when he drilled to open up my slab he made a small hole that was right where the pipe leak was. Cut out the bad pipe and installed new section of pipe no leaks and Nick re- cemented the hole closed and clean up all the debris. Andrew did not have the part in his truck but was able to fit in a used part from another furnace to give me heat until he got the other part.
