"I sold my home recently. And my next purchase i was looking for a house that need some updating and remodeling wanting to take on a project for the 1st time and see how it turns out. I found the home that fit the criteria I wS looking for so after purchasing my home ,went through and made list of all I was wanting and needed to do. The original windows were still in the home which was built in 1970. Being a priority for replacing the windows I called around and had 3 different companies suggested make appointments to come out look and give estimates. Champion being one of those companies was the 1st out of 3 to come out. Their salesman Sam introduced himself came in did a walk through and then we sat down for him to go over and explain Champions windows and what they had to offer. Sam was very thorough and demonstrated the products advantage over others. Along with comparing warranty with other companies. Iam a Veteran of US Army. A combat Veteran serving in Iraq 2004 - 2006. Sam noticed some of my medals and awards that were laying out and wanted to thank me for my service. I don't know why or what got it started, God works in mysterious ways. But. Got to talking about my military career and my involvement in Iraq. Talking about the war after the war and my trials and struggles that came home with me. I felt as though Sam was a life long friend not just a salesman for Champion . Something I don't usually talk about with family much less a stranger seem to be like a normal everyday conversation. I noticed him getting g emotional on a certain occasion and very attentive to listening to what I wS saying. After all was done he stood up shook my hand and wanted me to know how much he appreciated me talking with him. I was kibda blown back myself because that doesn't happen much at all in professional settings and here ism pouring out to Sam. Again God knows guess when things are needed. Do he asked what I thought about their product. I stopped him right there. Told him you have a great product from what you presented. Nit seei g any other companies yet. I told there would be no need I wanted to sign a contract with Champion. To me having a great product is one thing. But having a great person who took the time listen was worth far more than the windows. So, I know this a long review.but thought you needed to hear tge story about not only the best windows around. But. To me tge best staff u ever had the pleasure to be involved with. From start to finish . Purchase to installing the windows. Nothing but knowledge , profffesionalism and courtesy with Champion and absolutelyive the windows and blown away tge difference it has made to my home. "I was called a couple of days after the coupon was purchased, I request a consultation.  Two days later R & R came to my home and explained what I can expect from the 16 hrs of painting and pressure washing coupon.  I did the prep work that R & R suggested I do to maximize my coupon (with some tools they let me borrow). 
R & R were very flexible, and willing to work around my very busy schedule.  
When R & R arrived at my home, Rob (alone) got right to work.  He is very friendly and we worked together knocking out wall after wall.  He explained everything he was doing and was very skilled and fast.  It was like working with a buddy.  
Overall I am very satisfied and will hire R & R for my next projects.  If R & R can not assist in a task, they know the right people for the job.

"My experience with Horner Construction and Design was very positive. After reaching out to Brad Horner and receiving a quote, we continued to correspond back and forth for several months with questions I had. Once I decided to use Horner Construction, I was provided a detailed contract that showed what products would be used and the cost of each. The craftsmen who work for BHC&D were very knowledgeable, professional and invested in the final product being quality work. They removed all old decking, support post and handrails and hauled them away. The deck/screened porch they built was exactly what I envisioned. It looks as though it was an original deck and roof, not an addition. The original deck size was 12' x 34', and approximately 12' from ground level. The finished product is a 12' x 22' screened porch and a 12' x 12' open deck. They custom make the screen panels, which I like because I didn't want a screen kit that would reduce the size of the panels or have metal framing attached to the wood deck. The screen panels are 8' wide and very taunt. The screens are stretched from the decking to the roof. They installed 8 recessed LED lights and a ceiling fan. They were not the cheapest of estimates that I received when getting quotes, but I was focused on getting a high quality product because I see this as an investment on my home. I would recommend Horner Construction & Design to my friends and family."

"At the time of the work, the owner of this business, Joel  was working for another contractor, John. This was one of the last jobs that the contractor (John) did at which point he moved to Ohio. The work that Joel performed on the job while working for John was excellent.  Joel did most of the framing for the project which included some very difficult angles and corners because of the shape of the existing space. Joel was on time and always very friendly and professional. One day he stayed until 8 pm to finish installing a new window. He had to cut a larger opening for the window and frame it in as well. After the job was finished and John had moved away,  there was one small item that still needed to be completed for the project. Joel came down to finish the last bit and he didn't charge me anything for it, even though he had to make a special trip. Joel was excellent to work with and is very good at what he does. I would hire him in the future if I needed any more work done.

"Richard Cranner with Cross Cabinets looked at the broken drawer on my Grandfather's dresser that I had inherited.  I was afraid that the drawer could never be replaced.  Richard made a brand new drawer to match and with the stain he used. I can't tell which one is the new one.  Very pleased with this restoration."
