"I was not home to see the workers, but my wife was very impressed with how neat and professional they were. When they went to replace the front door, they discovered the main sill under the door was rotted and needed to be replaced. They sent in another team of workers who specialized in this type of repair. There was no extra cost for this repair. Two years later the seal on the bottom of the door ripped and they came out and replaced it with a newer style seal at no cost. The over all cost seamed a little high at first, but the quality of the product and professionalism of the workers made it with while.
