I was called earlier in the day to confirm our appointment. Lorenzo was on time and started working immediately after he took a look at what was needed to be done. "The ceiling fan the kitchen pull switch was no longer working and broke off at a point where it could not be replaced.  On the advice of John, we purchased a new ceiling fan and remote.  John came over with in a few days after purchasing the new fan and installed the fan and universal remote.  He even took the time to patch the kitchen ceiling since the original fan base was larger than the new fan.   My wife loves the remote that he mounted on the wall it makes it easier for her to turn the light on and off and to adjust the fan without having to stand on her toes.

Fixed the leaks around the chimney, and installed drip edge on the apartment roof. Very reasonable rates, and cleaned up all the work areas. I had him come back and stain my 3 decks, he is very efficient and does a great job. I will definitely use his company again for any projects I have coming up."
