"I called Yeager Roofing and they were very professional on the phone. They took all the information about what problems I was having and where I lived. They had someone out within a week if I remember correctly. He climbed all over my roof, taking measurements and pictures of the problem areas. I wanted the leaks fixed as well as new replacement gutter covers and heat tape to prevent ice dams in the winter. The previous roofing company and messed those items up also. I worked with Yeager going back and forth about what work would be done before we settled on just the repair and new gutter covers. Yeager would remove the old heat tape. On the day the work was to be done the 2 workers showed up on time and were very friendly. They went to work right away after making sure I understood in detail what they were going to do. There were some modifications of the flashing and shingling around the chimney since we did not have matching shingles. The work was done quickly and they spend time making sure they cleaned up everything from the front and back yards. I am just waiting for a good hard rain storm to happen so I can go in my attic to make sure there are no more leaks but judging from what I can see from outside looking up at the roof I would be surprised if there were any problems. The price for the work was a bit high I think, but since no other company would do such a small job, I do not have any estimates to compare. I had 3 other companies come out to look at the repair work but they all said they did not do small repair jobs like this. I would hire Yeager Roofing again for any roofing jobs I need. They did very good work with friendly people."

"The actual roof looks lovely and stopped all my previous issues. However, I experienced damage to interior walls due to the long term (3 weeks) storage of all my shingles on one side of my ridge. I was told it would be repaired, but we are five months later with no timeline on that project. The cleanup looked good on the surface, but I found lots of roofing debris and cigarettes in my landscaping. I also stepped on a couple nails which thankfully just took out a pair of sneakers and caused no injuries. Overall, the work done looks great and Im not experiencing issues five months into the install. However, I did not feel like my experience was all it could have been based on the numerous positive reviews I read before hiring Element Roofing. *Be aware my work was done in the summer, during a pandemic. Weather and illness aside, the damage to my walls could have been prevented with better communication and better organization of delivery versus start day of this project, which is the only reason I was frustrated."

Storm Maters' Kerry Klein arrived on time, actually started to inspect the roof before I got there. Once I did get to the house, Kerry was actually measuring the entire roof; first contractor to do that. Once he was done on the roof, approximately 30 minutes, I had the pleasure of speaking to him about some of my concerns. The entire quote took about an hour and a half but my concerns became his. "Actual installation took 1 day, but estimate, scheduling and final payment took almost 2 months. Gutter guards could not be installed as per factory instructions because of problems with existing drip rail, but were installed with modifications. New gutters tended to overflow where roof valley met gutter, but this was corrected later with the addition of valley splash shields. One unpleasant surprise was the subcontracting of gutter installation by a local company that we had had previous dealing with, who argued with us about desired modifications. However, Scott was very involved, and resolved all issues, including adjusting the price based on and quot;pain and sufferingand quot;. Scott was excellent and receptive to what we had to say, as well as being easy to get along with.
