"Jeremy called to let me know he was about 20 minutes away, he arrived on time, was very courteous and got right to work. Unfortunately as soon as he looked at the unit it started working! So rather than charge me the $79 service call for doing nothing, he suggested a tune up for ten bucks more. He said even though the unit is quite old it's in good shape and took time to answer all of my questions regarding when to replace it and what to consider when it's time. I was very impressed with him and will definitely use Roby Services again. It's hard to find honestly in this type of service call, we spent over $600 on repairs to the AC unit over the summer with another company and we were not 100% sure the unit needed anything more than freon. I told him what we paid and that the freon itself cost $250 for a pound, he seemed genuinely surprised it cost that much because he said the cost has come down quite a bit the past couple of years. Next time we need service we will definitely call Roby."

"<p>This review is late but wanted to take a moment to share with others the positive experience I had with this Newport Home Maintenance.   Our repair was for a badly broken underground yard irrigation system.   The repair was after the tornado of November 2013 and we lost all the trees on our property.   The downed trees and large equipment used by the tree removal company unknowingly caused the damage.   We contacted Newport Home Maintenance after reading the positive reviews on Angie's List.   I can honestly say that after months of home repairs due to the tornado damage and dealing with a multitude of repair companies this final repair was the most positive and professional.   Not only did they come when they said they would they were able to make extensive repairs saving us money, time and stress.  It was a detailed job that was like putting together a puzzle due to not knowing where all the breaks had occurred underground.  The gentleman who came took his time to ensure that the repair was done correctly.  I'm not one to write reviews however I really can't say enough about how positive our experience was working with them. It's approximately 10 months later and the system is still working perfectly.  They have earned a lifelong customer in Morehead City. </p> <br />"
