"After 30+ years of living in my home, I finally decided to install a fence and I wanted it done right. So, after one year of interviewing fence contractors and getting eight estimates, a friend recommended Mike Liberi to me. He was worth the search and the wait! Mike is the best contractor, of any kind, I have ever dealt with. I can't rave enough about him. He is a true professional who knows his business and his craft, as does his crew. Mike and his crew installed 43 sections of 6' white vinyl fencing with black 5/8" pickets on top. The job was started on time and completed within a two day time period. Of great importance to me in a contractor is someone who gets back to me in a timely manner. Too many times I have waited weeks for a contractor to return my call, or to not call back at all. Mike Liberi is that rare contractor who gets back to you immediately. No question (and I had many), is too minor for him to answer. And this continues even after the job is completed. Mike is kind, professional, honest, and courteous, and he truly cares about his work and his customers. He wants his customers to be as proud of his work as he is. His prices are, as he says, "fair to you and me." Mike and his crew did an outstanding job and I have already received many compliments about my fence. At the same time as he installed my fence, he replaced several sections of my neighbor's fence and, she, as well, was extremely pleased and satisfied with his work and his people skills. As I have stated, of equal importance to me is: the contact the contractor maintains with me and the quality of his work. Mike, absolutely, earned an "A" in both areas. "They provided excellent service. Larry came out for the initial appointment to explain what would be done and provided an estimate. He was not rushed and took the time to explain the job thoroughly and answered all of our questions in detail. We called within a few days after meeting with him and scheduled an appointment to have the work done. Some of the work involved cutting our driveway to install the underground wire. Since we were getting our driveway sealed and did not have our new dog yet, they agreed to do the job in two parts - install the underground wire and then the accompanying components - for the same estimated cost. They could not set up the components properly until we got our dog. On the scheduled day, two of their men (and one dog) arrived as scheduled. They were friendly, professional, and did excellent work. They asked our permission to let their dog out of their vehicle before doing so. After completing the job, our property was left as clean as they found it. I would also like to mention the professionalism of the office staff. Whenever we called, we spoke with a very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly staff. I used this company after consulting with a couple of my neighbors who also used them, and they upheld their excellent reputation. A very good overall experience."
