"It was a pleasure working with the owners and staff at Young Brothers. They were efficient and professional but we never felt rushed to make a decision. In addition to the carpeting and hard wood we purchased at their store, they also helped us coordinate with the Tile Shop and took care of those materials as well. I can’t say enough about the quality of their products and the excellent contractors they used to install the flooring. The crews were always on time and often went over and above to make sure things were installed properly. Bud and Greg kept in contact throughout the process making suggestions and answering questions. I highly recommend Young Brothers."

"Anthony came into an already tense situation since I had a contractor bail mid project on me. Anthony was very upfront, thorough and put me at ease giving me confidence in his ability to get the job done. Anthony not only is a very skilled installer, he is a very personable and friendly guy so made the experience a pleasure. When there were challenges within the installation he made sure he vetted with me and we agreed to a plan to solve the problem. He is a very good with coming up with solutions. I would definitely recommend Anthony and Fohl Flooring."

"Our experience was positive. The floors were installed quickly and are just beautiful! We’ve gotten many compliments on our floors."

"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"Very good experience. He was very polite and trustworthy. His work was great.i would recommend using Justin for any construction project you have."

"They were the only ones that provided a detailed description of the materials and work to be done. A lot of contractors in Rochester are very loose with invoices and contracts…"
