"I hired Luiz to remove kitchen cabinets, dishwasher, cooktop, oven and lift hardwood flooring. He then reinstalled the cabinets and appliances. Ceramic tile was installed to perfection. "The "roof repair" cost me $4,275.00 and the leak into my bathroom was worse before he fixed the roof. He did do a great job in painting my garages but wanted t charge me extra to paint the side door and the side window because I didn't specify that it was part of the garage when I hired him. LOL. He painted 4 pieces of wood which made of a section of fence the wrong color. But then I fiqured out the wrong color of paint on the fence and the not painting the garage door was because he ran out of the brown paint. I had the roof leak fixed by a very reputable roofing company and it was 1/4 of what Furko charged to do nothing. Needless to say I won in court. Furko now has a nice judgement against him which I am sure he will never pay. Would I recommend him or hire him again H*** NO!!!! The 1st picture is how my leak looked inside my bathroom when I hired Furko and the second picture was how it looked AFTER he "fixed" the leak and I paid him $4,275.00"

"I am so happy that we found Krain Construction. Brian and his crew really brought our vision to life. We wanted to build 2 stories on top of an already existing foundation that only had a roof on it. We had a hard time finding someone to do it but Brian had no hesitation. He drew up a floor plan and we loved it. His crew built the new frame for our house, did the siding, doors, windows, decks, gutters, hvac. My husband and I are going to do the interior part of the house. If we had any issues we could easily text Brian and he would resolve them quickly. If we had any last minute changes, he would work with us. Very personable and professional. If we ever needed anything else done I would use them again and I would recommend to anyone needing a remodel. I will post some pictures of how our house started and how it is now that they’re done."

"Our furnace went down for a week so our pipes froze and burst... I explained to dreamworks how we were just in a hotel for a week and how we have four kids and that we needed water to come home... Joe and his team came out the very next morning as early as possible to get us up and running... they replaced the bad pipes and restored our water within a couple hours!!! My family is home now because they were fast and most importantly efficient!! I highly recommend!!!"

"Kevin and his team did an outstanding job restoring our basement bathroom. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, careful, and thorough. I was particularly concerned about moisture getting into the tub area, and Kevin’s team went above and beyond to find the right set of tub and walls to fit our basement. They even had to return one set because it didn’t fit, and I was really impressed with their ability to pivot and ensure we had the best solution. Communication was excellent throughout the project. Kevin was very proactive, mostly texting us each day to let us know when to expect them and being flexible if I had traffic issues. They worked diligently every day over two weeks to complete the restoration, and their attention to detail really showed in the final result. I’m honestly surprised by how much I love the basement bathroom now! I didn’t think I would care much about it since it’s in the basement, but the quality of work has truly transformed the space.
