The bricked up team was able to clean and reuse brick we salvaged from other areas of the home, creating a seamless look. "We hired Brian to waterproof our basement last year but this year, we received a heavy rainstorm that created massive flooding around the area. Everything Brian waterproofed was bone dry but there was an exit door entry way that we never even considered waterproofing. The door held back most of the water but it managed to get in through the cracks of the door. 

I contacted multiple companies that night and the next morning, but Brian was the only one who responded back first thing in the morning. He agreed to meet us at our house to assess the problem, and we appreciated that he arrived quickly. After evaluating multiple options, Brian told us that we needed a sump pump and drain tile installed to permanently fix this problem. He initially scheduled us for the next Monday, but after understanding our urgency, he bumped us up to the next day. The workers arrived when he said they would, and the work was completed the same day in the afternoon. Thank you to Brian and his company for being so accommodating, being there when we needed him, and completing the work promptly.

After some heavy rains, we noticed that we were still getting some seepage in our "waterproofed" basement. After contacting Brian (for our lifetime warranty or whatever), he said he would come out. He then proceeded to cancel/make an excuse the next 3-4 appointments. Then he just stopped responding to emails/calls. We're very disappointed because we really liked Brian. Now we have to open the walls to see where the seepage is coming in and call someone else to seal them."

"I cannot rate this company as very good because of one issue. While having my ornamental chimney repaired, a clay edging tile was damaged. It took two weeks to get the replacement from the company and this was after we paid the bill in good faith, upon hearing the replacement would come later that evening (on the day the work was done). We also had to install the tile ourselves as we could not wait any longer for someone to show up and do it. The work on the chimney, however, was great and the owner took time to find a brick that closely matched the original. We were also given all the options to fixing the chimney, from the "band-aid" approach to replacing the spalling bricks. We very much appreciated this honesty and conversation upfront."

He examined the roof and took pictures of the source of the leak. When he showed me the pictures he explained what was wrong, what he would need to do to fix it, and how much it would cost.
