"This is the 4th time I have hired SILMAC for a project, and this was the largest job by far - a full gut renovation of my kitchen, adding a powder room, and putting on an addition with a laundry/mudroom. I’m so pleased with how everything turned out - it is truly the space I had dreamed about when I bought the house! Joe and his crew are extremely reliable and responsive. It’s inevitable that bumps in the road will arise during a large renovation like this, especially in an old house, but Joe was proactive in addressing them and always kept me informed. His level of service truly stands out! It doesn’t surprise me that he has over 200 reviews and nearly a 5 star rating - he is that good! You will not be disappointed hiring SILMAC for your next project."

"I highly recommend using Scott Curtice for any renovation project no matter how complex it is. We bought a house that was over a hundred years old that had not been renovated for decades. Starting from the planning stage, Scott was wonderful about redesigning the house in order to open up the space and bring it into a more modern look. He spent several sessions reworking his plan always taking into account our needs and desires. Once the actual renovation began, we ran into a number of complex structural issues with the house itself. No matter what obstacle came up, Scott and his team were able to find solutions. His team was efficient in their work and they were all always reliable. In fact, many of our neighbors were astounded that all subcontractors worked on the home daily and that they actually were busy the entire time they were at our house. In addition, the lines of communication between ourselves and Scott, as well as his subcontractors, were always open. They kept us abreast of the project's updates and always made suggestions for ways to improve the work for aesthetics and/or cost savings ideas. Scott’s work was beautiful and he and his crew paid attention to every detail. The majority of the house required a gut renovation and it came out exquisite. Even after the job was complete, he was always available for questions. I would highly recommend using them for any job you have."

"Highly recommended!! Liam did a wonderful job with my closer repair. The room was gutted to the studs from a water leak and Liam put it back together beautifully. I’m very happy with his craftsmanship and excellent work. He was courteous, professional, and very skilled. I’d highly recommend his services!"

"I recently had a home built for me in Kennebunk,Maine by Jason and the crew of Mason Sky Enterprises and I have nothing but praise for them, not only did they construct my home to the highest standards in an incredibly timely manner but they were also kind and considerate and endlessly patient when it came to my plethora of never ending questions which I am very grateful for. I highly recommend them for any job whether that be large or small. With much gratitude! SSgt.K Campbell USAF (Ret.)"

"Wallpaper removal = A; plastering = A-; painting: C+. We were disappointed in the overall experience. They were kind enough and their wallpaper removal and plastering was great, really solid—but on the final day, they rushed with the painting to get it done on the original time frame, and while one room was top notch, another was above average, and the bathroom was very sloppy. There was wall paint on our bathroom tiles, vanity, and shower; unsanded/unsmoothed plaster chunks that were just painted right over and were unsightly and lumpy; peeling caulking; parts where the paint was crooked or misaligned with baseboards; paint dribbles on floor and utensils on counter; and they did a poor job cleaning up, with plaster dust everywhere, paint to be cleaned up in the bathroom, and paint and plaster dust in, on, and around our cabinets. One of the crew members’ painting skills was just rushed and poor and it detracted from the others’ skills. By the time the job was over they rushed to get out of the house and did not carefully complete a walkthrough."

"I am very pleased with the work completed by Crystal Renovations in my home. The company's owner, Pedro Quissalga, is knowledgeable and has a fantastic crew. He implemented the bathroom, laundry, and closet design ideas beautifully. A critical positive factor was communication. Pedro was responsive to my questions and concerns. He kept me informed every step of the way during the construction. Another important factor was their care in keeping the renovation project clean and organized. The team was also mindful of how the construction may impact the rest of the building and did their best to keep the noise level down. I highly recommend Crystal Renovations."

"These contractors were excellent and renovated 3/4 of our house. They buffered our wood floor and made it look brand new, they remodeled our bathroom and made it look like a Hollywood dressing room, they renovated our cielings, and our basement floors. Additionally, they repainted our porch, our walls in our study and our kitchen. Furthermore, the lead contractor and owner is a **** good carpenter and built new cherry cabinets that perfectly matched the existing ones, they also installed a quartz slab for the counter, as well as a swivel television and new wood floors in the basement. All in all these men did a fantastic job and we couldn’t have sold our house without them. If you’re renovating your house, this company is whom you want to do it. Their work ethic is unaparalled and their personalities are fantastic as well."

"This is the second time we have used MMP Construction for a large-scale renovation and both times, we were thrilled with the results and with the service level. Matt (the owner) is friendly, fair, and quick to communicate. I would (and do!) recommend MMP for any renovation you plan to undertake."

"He worked off architect's drawings and made valuable suggestions based on his experience and our budget.  the roof lines were very complicated and he had a great deal of patience with the building inspectors because they work only on certain days of the week.  his subcontractors were timely and he managed the various changes we requested with his subs.  we receive many compliments on the room.  i would highly recommend him."
