"Guy is amazing! He came to remove some cabinets and install new appliances and wound up helping me for the next four weeks. He’s installed water lines, gas lines, moved electrical outlets, installed all new receptacles in the house, installed new light fixtures, did drywall repairs, painted, stained, fixed the doors twice after the movers broke them, moved appliances, fixed the shower, removed moss from the roof and cleaned it, installed new light switches, installed exterior lights, chalked all the windows, hung new blinds, installed new flooring and molding, installed new sink vanity and faucet, replaced all the water shut off valves in the bathroom and kitchen and is doing a small remodel in the kitchen (new countertops, backsplash, sink and upgrading the cabinets). "From start to finish the In and Out Floors team were all easy to work with and did a great job helping us choose materials and provide estimates and help us work with our insurance agency. It was a flood claim at my mothers house. A lot of furniture had to be moved in a lot of demo had to be done but these guys were pros and could not have been nicer or easier to work with. Highly recommend and will use them again."

"Customer Service was excellent from Adam of Painter1. He did everything he could to help us get what we wanted. He even changed the schedule when we, due to our own error, needed to choose a different color that originally chosen. Adam got the painters the special equipment they needed and even sent over an experienced painter to help them with some advice. The only problem I had was that the paint crew. Though as friendly and accommodating as they could be, it was obvious that they did not have much experience with professional exterior painting. With more experience and some apprenticeship with professional painters, I am sure they can reach a professional level if they stick to it. They did the best they could with the experience they had but for the price I had expected a crew of one or two very professional painters who could have finished in half the time. I would contact Painter1 next time I need painting done but would put in a requirement for the painter(s) to be experienced professionals."
