"The trim installers came on time, worked a very long, hot day. They cleaned up very well. I was impressed because there was a lot of debris. The gutter installers only required an hour or so. Power is good with follow up, they sent a quality control person to check the work and also to talk about any other projects they could do for me - which is to be expected. The first contact was someone knocking on the door as they were doing work in the area. I was interested as I had some issues with the gutters."

"Met with Chad at my home, he was awesome and very professional! Chad was very detailed about all the steps it would take to replace my roof, I honestly felt at ease with him. I was not pressured in any way to go with their company, He assured me if there were any concerns they would quickly resolved those issues and they did. "My wife and I purchased 30 Sunrise vinyl windows and a sliding door from Kotch’s Windows-N-More and had them installed in Aug 2017. Our home was built in 1998 and the original wood windows were in need of replacement. Mike Kotch and his team were fantastic! Mike was very knowledgeable and professional and I was pleased that he did not use any high-pressure sales techniques during the bid process. His extensive experience in the windows industry was very evident during our consultation with him. We received 3 different quotes for windows and we found that Mike’s quote (which price-wise fell in the middle of the 3) provided the most value and allowed us to get exactly what we wanted (including a really neat Sunrise sliding glass door with shutters built on the inside of it, and 3 large picture windows that the other competitor said would need to be 6 smaller windows instead of 3). Mike’s installers were also top notch. We were very impressed with the work they did, and the care and attention to detail that they had. (Mike’s installers came highly recommended to us from a few different neighbors of ours, which is one of the main reasons we decided to go with Mike.) The installers consisted of a 2-man crew and they were able to complete our job in 3 days. They did a great job cleaning up too. Very happy with my overall experience with Kotch’s Windows-N-More and would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their windows!"
