Ken replaced the sewer pump system and cleaned up the work area. He explained Brocks warranty as well as Zollers warranty. Melanie was our point of contact with scheduling the appointment and any questions we had. On the day of appointment, they arrived on schedule and proceeded to change out our old water heater. " Stay Dry came out right away to assess the situation and then scheduled a service call to fix the leak. Stay Dry dug outside and found a hole where the original foundation joined a foundation added for an addition.  This hole had been the source of water in our basement during hard rain storms and was not accessible from the inside without removing built-in stairs. sealed the hole with a combination of materials to make sure it wouldn't leak again.  The Stay Dry personnel were very friendly and professional and did a great job cleaning up afterwards.  I would definitely recommend them to anyone with a basement water problem."
