"Great husband and wife team, very nice people. They completed the work per the estimate. The only thing not up to my expectations was their follow through in getting back to me. First with the estimate, which came 2 days after I was told I would have it. and after the work on my sliding door was finished, they were supposed to get back to me on whether or not they could find new wheels for the door. They said I should hear the next day, it's been over a month and I never heard back from them."

"The lower sash of the window jammed open after being refurbished by another provider.  That company was not responsive, so I contacted Fresh Air. Since the window did not work, the owner squeezed us into her schedule. In the course of doing the work, the owner pointed out two things: the sash cords put in by the other company were probably too light. I am not competent to judge this, but I accept her professional opinion. Second, since part of the rebuild carried out by the other company involved replacing the single pane glass with double pane glass, the window was now much more heavy than before. The extra weight of the window required heavier weights. These weights are larger than the old weights and therefore hit bottom sooner when the window is opened, lifting the ropes off the pulleys. Fresh Air replaced the weights with somewhat shorter weights so the window could open a little farther. She did recommend that I put a stop at the top of the window so the sash could not be opened too far. I did this and we have had no further problems. Both the repair job and the advice were very satisfactory. <br />"

"We hired Lex Construction for siding replacement and exterior paint, which included replacing two windows, some general construction to repair bulges in the studs and some roofing/fascia board repair. Of all the companies we had bid, we really felt like Mike listened to our vision and didn’t feel the need to rearrange it to his preference. He also gave us some great suggestions and recommendations, some which we decided to go ahead with and some not. The price was really reasonable, and we ended up adding the front deck replacement mid-project. Both Mike and Troy were responsive and courteous, and did a great job, as well as the contractors that covered the roofing and paint. A few minor details were missed between what we discussed and what they executed, but nothing major. Overall we were really happy with them, and plan to use them again for additional projects we have in mind. We highly recommend them for your next project!"

"Ron did an outstanding job on replacing some of the underlayment that needed to be replaced under the carpet. The damaged pieces were removed and the new underlayment was cut and replaced before I knew it. He also removed the threshold to the outside from that room and sealed the areas where the water might have been leaking. He also installed and metal kick-plate to the front door. I am very pleased at the quality and professionalism of Ron and his assistant."
